Responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Sven Kreidlerkreidler-engineering
Buschachenstraße 3
D-72336 Balingen, Germany
The responsible party decides alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, contact details, etc.).
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. An informal notification by email is sufficient for the withdrawal. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In the event of a breach of data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent authority for data protection matters is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Right to information, correction, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose you can contact us at any time using the contact options listed in the imprint.
SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar and the lock symbol.
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
For troubleshooting and to ensure secure operation, the application also keeps technical error logs (e.g. timestamp, requested page, error message). These logs contain no IP addresses and are automatically deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form
Data transmitted via the contact form, including your contact details, is stored in order to process your enquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. This data is not passed on without your consent. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by informal notification.
Cookies & consent
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. security/form cookie, language preference). These are required to operate the site; under § 25(2) TDDDG no consent is required for them. Optional cookies (functional, analytics) are only set with your explicit consent and are not currently in use.
No analytics or tracking services
This website deliberately does not use any analytics, tracking, or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics). No usage profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
